This document describes concrete solutions to:
- distribute water simply and properly (without valves!) between the differents branches of gravity networks – through distribution boxes;
- and, in the case of reservoirs supplying several tap stands, how allowing that a breakdown or a lack of maintenance on one of the branch does not affect the entire line – thanks to compartimented reservoirs.
It gives also some answers on the advantages of free flow, and why it is not a problem of not having taps, that it is not a waste of water.
