Results of an evaluation carried out by Hydroconseil between March and April 2017 in three countries where Inter Aide operates (Ethiopia, Madagascar, Malawi) for the implementation of Water, Hygiene and Sanitation activities as part of a more general three-year programme agreement (2014-2017) with AFD. This evaluation focuses in particular on the impact of waterworks maintenance projects.
