Results of the evaluation of Inter Aide’s WASH projects and maintenance services – Consultance and Pure Environnement

Results of an evaluation carried out by ESA Consultance and Pure Environnement between February 2020 and June 2021 (mission in Ethiopia postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic) in three countries where Inter Aide is active (Ethiopia, Madagascar, Malawi) for the implementation of Water, Hygiene and Sanitation activities and the development of maintenance services.

This evaluation took place in the framework of a three-year programme agreement (2017-2020) with AFD (also covering Haiti, Mozambique and Sierra Leone).

It focuses in particular on maintenance service models, and collaboration with local partners (whether private partners, institutions, communities or local NGO partners).
