After the workshops in Pune in 2001 and Manila in 2004, Inter Aide, Entrepreneurs du Monde and Initiative Développement organized a third meeting in Mumbai and Pune, from 7 to 15 December 2006.
Microfinance practitioners from several different countries met to share their experiences, tools, and discuss strategies to improve the impact of our actions on the poorest.
Financial and non-financial services, impact, methods and processes, strategy, management management, human resources management, ICTs, finance: tools related to these areas were analysed and exchanged during these workshops, so that everyone comes back to their programme with solutions.
In order to remain focused on our mission, to reach the most disadvantaged, field visits were also part of these meetings.
