In order to better refer families to available services in the area (from other NGOs and from the government), we designed a booklet of services with specifics maps and description of services. The booklet was printed and handed out to each Social Worker, so that they could easily refer families to services, according to the area of the family and their issues.
In this document, there is also an Excel file that was used to collect all the “raw data” for each service before creating the booklet.
