It describes the staff care set-up developed by Inter Aide / ATIA for ENFaNCE Foundation’s team of Family Development Workers: monthly group sessions which serve as venue for clinical supervision; depending on needs, these monthly sessions can serve as group therapy, critical incident stress debriefing, conflict resolution group. The group sessions can also address key themes such as Work-Life Balance, Self Care, etc.
